Stupid Health and Safety Rules.

We're all sick of them right? Stupid health and safety rules that get in the way, take up all of our time and prevent us from getting on with what we do for a living.

Managing Health and Safety, don't make yourself look silly
There are many examples out there; teachers can't put plasters on children; toothpicks banned in restaurants; hanging baskets outlawed; rock concert goers must wear hearing defenders and all in the name of health and safety. These are ridiculous rules that have been put in place by ill informed people.

It doesn't have to be like that, it shouldn't be like that but if we leave the decision making to people that don't understand the problem we can expect them to make the wrong decisions. If you want your managers to avoid making themselves and your organisation look silly, then you need to train them on how to get it right.

There is a course, which, when delivered by the right experts, gives managers the information and confidence that they need to manage your health and safety effectively and in such a way that you realise the benefits instead of obstructive, nonsensical rules. Take a look at this course in managing safely and start getting it right.
