It's important to read the question, or should I say questions? There are several things that we will need to tell the assessor or marker of the project. 'A description of the people who work in or visit the area regularly or from time to time'. You will need to identify those people that you work with and other people employed by your organisation who work in or visit your work area. You will need to identify what contractors work in your area and what type of visitors you receive.
Members of the public may enter your work area so you would need to apply a description for them but if you don't have members of the public in your workplace identify how they are prevented from entry. In a similar way you will need to show consideration of trespassers or you will need to describe how they are prevented from entry. If there are no controls to prevent the public, including trespassers, from entering then they could enter.
'....regularly or from time to time and how often they're there'. Some people, such as our colleagues, may be present at all times but others will be there less frequently. The marker has no way of knowing which applies to whom unless you tell him/her. Of those that are there from time to time you will need to specify the frequency of their visits e.g. weekly. If the frequency of visits is variable guesstimate an average.
In any event, even if you think that they do not apply to your organisation, do not ignore any of these groups of people or visit patterns, there are points for all of this information. Don't forget to be descriptive either.
